The strength of the Seattle condo market is often hard to explain. I thought I would use an example of a condo sold in 2012 to give you a better idea.

Now just, 5 years later, the same unit is selling for $676,400 – A 69% Increase in 60 months. The math on that is staggering. It is not uncommon for a unit like this to increase in value so significantly. With that said, in hindsight, it shows the strength of the Seattle market and the impact it has on those who have invested.

It is amazing to see the difference in the skyline in just 5 years. The Amazon Spheres can been seen, the new Doppler Tower and other major changes to the Denny Triangle Neighborhood. Enso is a concrete and steel tower with a lot to offer. Investing in good, quality buildings certainly helps secure better gains when investing.
