Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue just reached 100 closings. They have updated their website with new testimonials so prospective buyers can get a sense of what living at the building is like. To their credit, I think it was a nice touch.
They are having an Open House from 12-4pm this weekend. It is a nice opportunity to see the project.
