39 Downtown Seattle Condos Sold In February, Median Price Rose 7.56%
Despite having 1 less day in February this year versus last year, the number of condos sold in Downtown Seattle were similar. They decreased slightly this year, but the median price per unit was up nearly 8%. Continuing a trend of increasing home value. What is fascinating is the decrease of units for sale over last year.
