I noticed something strange this morning when I was going through the Seattle condo foreclosure inventory. There are 5 units at Tavona that are headed to this Friday’s auction! There is a possibility that some of them will not be on the list come Friday morning, but it is interesting to say the least. I’ve provided a list of the unit numbers, what they sold for originally and the square footage in the event any of you are interested. They were purchased by the same owner and 2 of them are currently for sale (short sales).
