About Me

After graduating from the UW, I started my career in real estate as a land aquisition consultant for Walgreens Drug Store and Bank of America.  Moving on in 2005, I  focused my attention on real estate sales through an innovative high touch customer engagement model.  In 2007, I founded a real estate brokerage in Seattle called Urban Condominiums Real Estate, LLC.  We helped to build the most comprehensive condinimum search portal in the country.  Realizing that we were up against a contracting economy and a depressed real estate market, I moved my company out of the downtown Seattle core to Yarrow Bay in Kirkland.   Urban International Marketing Group (www.urbanimg.com) and Urban Condo Spaces.com have been growing ever since.  Our company has a specific focus on URBAN living in the greater Seattle area.
