In a bold move to spur sales, Bellevue Towers announces a 20% price reduction to increase sales on their available units.  Will others follow suit?

    I think the price reductions are timely, and will help them in the long term. What will probably be more interested is seeing how other condo complexes in the area react to this.

    Nice article. I agree that they are timely. Aligning the expectations of a developer and a buyer will equal more sales.
