It looks to be a very busy week for Seattle area condo foreclosures. As of today, the list of condos going to auction this Friday includes, Tavona (Gas Works Park), Avenue One (A penthouse in Belltown), Banner Building (award winning project in Belltown), Site 17 (Belltown on Western), Braburn (Capitol Hill), Shumway (Kirkland), Portsmith (Kirkland), Oasis (Bellevue) and that is just to name a few. The most intriguing in my opinion are the 4 units at Tavona, The penthouse at Avenue One and without question the unit in the Banner Building in Belltown.
