You probably know by now that condo foreclosures in well known buildings are going to auction each week.  This week alone, there are 3 units in notable buildings that are scheduled for tomorrows King County auction.  One of the units really caught my attention:

Its a 1 bedroom on the 22nd floor of One Lincoln Tower.  It’s over 700sf with an island kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances and HUGE views. For those of you unfamiliar with the project, it is Bellevue’s first and only condo/hotel.   Built in 2005, its home to 148 condominiums on 41 floors. Built above the 303 room luxury Westin Hotel in Downtown Belleuve, the steel and concrete building offers, 24 hour concierge, a screening and entertainment room, swimming pool, exercise facility and hotel services (including room service and custom laundry & housekeeping).
