A few days ago, we put this great unit at Ravenna Cottages on the market in Greenlake. Before going on the market there were 3 weeks of preparation. This has been a fun project for me as I volunteered to help the owners with the re-model. Here is a list of what was done:
- Brand new GE stainless appliances
- Walls were bleached, primed and prepped
- Interior painting and trim touch up
- New hardware (including kitchen faucet)
- Removed “bulky” cabinetry from bathroom and add custom mirror.
- Caulking
- Replaced light fixtures with recessed lighting
- Sand and refinished the butch block kitchen island
- Professional Staging and decor
