Want a penthouse loft? Our friend Ashely just put this unit on the market today. I realize that a rental rate of $3,695 doesn’t fit everyone’s budget, but once you see it   you’ll realize that it just may be worth it.  It is located in Pioneer Square, between Main street and Washington. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3,000 sq ft of living space. It has an Island kitchen with gas range, soaring ceilings, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The bathrooms are incredible and both bedrooms have custom built-ins. So again, if you are in the market, you are the first to see it.  If your not, then you can just enjoy the pictures.  We have written about others lofts like this in the past, but haven’t seen a great one for rent in a while.
