Situated in the north end of Belltown, Harbour Heights neighbors include, The Parc, Avenue One, The Vine, Arbor Place, Mosler Lofts, Concord and Gallery.  Generally considered the quieter side of Belltown, Harbour Heights owners boast large floor plans and great views.  The amenities in the building rival many of its competitors.  They include, an outdoor pool, game-rec room, fitness facility, rooftop terrace with BBQ/sun-chairs and many of the units also feature a spacious private patio or sun room. Although Harbor Heights has been around for decades, the owners of the building have recently renovated.  Those renovations include new siding design and a fully renovated lobby.

After receiving my first e-mail blast from the Bravern’s leasing team, I noticed that the advertised rental rates have risen from a starting price of $1,100 to $1,400 per month (see the picture below).  After hearing about the success of their leasing efforts thus far, this didn’t surprise me.  At the same time, with all the available units to rent in Bellevue, I wonder if this is a bit pre-mature.  Time will tell.  I’ve include a copy of the e-mail below:

I just got off the phone with Javila Schelhorn at Enso Condominiums and they are moving units at a pretty incredible pace.  In fact their latest closing has them under 50 condos left to sell.  As we move towards the expiration of the tax credit and more market confidence, I would venture to say that Enso’s sales team will have the project sold out before we know it.  Remember that they took a pro-active pricing approach to “meet the market”.  It pays off!  I made sure to inquire about any upcoming events and at this time they do not have anything scheduled.
