Just followed up with Royce Koh at Washington Square in Bellevue.  I try to check in with WS  as often as possible as they are a little further along than some of their neighboring competitors.  Back in January, they had just eclipsed 200 occupancies.  At this point as you will see below, they have had 13 closings since then:

To date, we have closed 213 units
We are weeks away from paying off our construction debt
Within a couple months, the HOA will be fully transferred to the homeowners.
Our traffic has been steadily increasing in 2010. This has resulted in more interest and more sales compared to last year.

For those of you unfamiliar with the project, Washington Square is a 377 unit development consisting of 2 towers and a number of townhomes. Developed by Wasatch Development in Salt Lake City, Washington Square was Bellevue’s first completed highrise since One Lincoln Square.
