Harbor Heights, located in Belltown is comprised of 93 units on 19 floors. Constructed in 1980, Harbor Heights is similar to other Belltown buildings built in the late 70′s mid-80′s development cycle. It is a concrete and steel structure with robust amenities and spacious floor plans.
