Project: Bellora
Neighborhood: Belltown
There is a new rental that just hit the market at Bellora; Unit #1001. It is a one-bedroom with a big view and a spacious layout. This particular floor plan has a large den as well. Owners use the space as an office, a media room or they often install a wall-bed to act as a second bedroom. At 1,050sf, you’d be surprised at how big the unit feels. As I have mentioned in the past, Bellora is a rock-solid building. It continues to be a jewel in a Belltown market that has had its fair share of negatives over the last 2-3 years. One of my closest friends lives in the building and loves it. It has a large gym, a concierge, and a sun terrace. Go see for yourself. Ryan Raffetto has it listed at $2,450 per month. I also noticed a great post today by our friends at UrbnLivn. They broke down some rental prices and availability in Seattle. I thought it was a very intriguing read as the rental market in Seattle is clearly heating up.
