The owner of a North facing luxury 2 bedroom Seattle condo at Escala just sold their unit for $2,400,000 – it was purchased in May of 2011 for $1,530,000. Seriously. It is a 3 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths and nearly 2,500sf. We are likely to see more and more of these large floor plans as condo developers continue to target baby-boomers and those looking to replace their homes in the suburbs for in-city urban living.
