We just rolled out our year end report for Madison Tower. For those of you unfamiliar with this condo project, it was built in 2006.
There have been 3-4 sales per year since 2011. Our team has been fortunate to handle 2 of the past 6 sales in the building. We have also been tasked with handling the penthouse sales this year as well. There are 2 units that encompass the entire 24 floor. See more details or watch the video here.
The biggest change for the building in 2015 vs 2014 is the average cost per unit. In 2014, the average sale price was just $461,677 – Three one bedroom sales that averaged $538psf.
In 2015, the average price per unit was up to $1,151,667 and the average cost per square foot is $766.

Unit 1704 – $485,000
Unit 1504 – $530,000
Madison Tower is certainly in our top 15 favorite Seattle condo projects in the city.
