Project: Monique Lofts
Neighborhood: Capitol Hill
Monique Lofts, located in the Pike/Pine district of Capitol Hill is a former 1913 built warehouse converted into 24 residential lofts. It boats concrete walls, 18′ ceilings and commercial grade 9.5′ windows. Similar to many east cost warehouse conversions Monique offers an industrial interior including concrete columns and floors, wood beams and exposed steel. Monique Lofts were built mostly as “shell” space so owners could let their creativity fill the open void. Owners have added custom stairs, steel sky-bride walkways and 5 star quality kitchens with imported stones and materials. Units range in size from 467sf to nearly 2,000sf. Flexible floor plans and industrial warehouse materials make Monique a rare and unique build in the heart of Capitol Hill. Seattle’s Pike/Pine corridor offers great restaurants, coffee shops, arts and entertainment.
