New Bosa Condo Project In Seattle Receives Design Approval
Great news for the Seattle condo scene today guys – per a report by The Registry, Bosa Development’s new condo project (formally know as the Civic Square project) received an unanimous approval by the Seattle Design Board. This gives Bosa and their architect James KM Cheng Architects the go-ahead to obtain their Master Use Permit (MUP). Botton line is, this project is moving forward.
Bosa built Insignia Towers, is under construction on One88 in Bellevue and I believe he views this subject project as a resume builder – combining public and private space. The City of Seattle wanted lots of public access to this development and by the looks of it, they are going to get it.
Here are a couple of renderings showing the open concept that will compliment the neighboring City Hall.
The location is amazing. Just 3 blocks from the freeway, 3 blocks from the waterfront and just a few blocks from Pioneer Square.
We hope you guys get a chance to watch the video and hear my thoughts on the project.
