According to a contact of mine, One Main Condominiums in Bellevue is now officially sold out. Their lead sales agent is also confirming the news on Facebook as well. Congrats to the owners and a much deserved congratulations to the sales team as well. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the project, see the profile here. Much like the Seattle market, Bellevue is limited in new construction condos and its highly unlikely that we will see that change anytime soon.
