They are over 50% sold, have held their prices and continue to out sell their high rise competition. In the fast growing downtown Bellevue corridor, there are rumors flying around about the viability of selling all the existing new construction inventory; One Main has proven that they can remain steady with their approach and untimately their product will be a success.
