A 2 bed, 2 bath penthouse at Newmark Tower just hit the market. The legal owner, JP Morgan Chase has it listed at $430,650.
I haven’t seen it yet, but given the lack of inventory in DT Seattle right now, I believe it will sell quickly. The view looks great and don’t forget about the latest addition to the 1991 built project – Urban Target.
