Price Reductions At One Main Street Condos

One Main just announced a price reduction.  As seen on their blog (OneMainStreetBellevue), they have reduced a few of their featured homes by as much as $100,000.  I’ve included two of the advertised units:

Featured Home:  Model home 508
Two-bedroom + den / 2.5 Bathroom — 1,393 square foot home
with two decks and outstanding views of Meydenbauer Bay from the main living area and master bedroom
Was  $899,900, NOW $799,900

Featured Home: Model Home 210
City Suite with open bedroom nook — 662 square foot home
Was $369,900, NOW $344,900
