The highest priced sale for April was a 1,763sf penthouse unit at the Seabreeze. It escalated 22% above the asking price on the back of 7 offers including 3 offers that were all cash! Wow. It started at $1,025,000 and when the negotiation ended the final price was $1,250,000.
11 Units Sold Under $300,000
During a hot market, sometimes its difficult to find affordable units. There were 11 sales under $300,000 on Queen Anne in the month of April. By Seattle standards, that is a very affordable price point.
This is a remarkable stat. Out of the 38 sales on Queen Anne, only 2 of them went below the asking price. The average list price/sale price percentage was 105% Meaning that on average, Queen Anne condo sellers netted 5% more than their asking price. The Seattle condo market continues to soar.
