In August of 2006 this unit sold for $226,900. Today its auction price is $75,509. This is a 67% reduction in price from the last market sale. For the investors out there, prices like these create opportunities to purchase, rent and enjoy a couple hundred dollars a month in passive income. We haven’t talked much about cash flow in years.
