Quick Note on Seattle Relocation

In just the past 72 hours, I found out that 2 sets of buyers that looked at a listing of mine in Wallingford were getting to know the city after being offered a job.  One was offered a position at the Gates Foundation and the other was offered a position at a South Lake Union Bio-Tech.  I found this interesting as I have not seen that type of buyer for over 3 years.  I tend to look at the glass half-full, so I would like to believe it is an emerging trend that economists have been predicting for months.  Seattle was expected to be the number one micro-economy to flourish coming out of the worst U.S. Recession in recent history.  I hope the trend continues.
