Yep, you read it correctly. A 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath on the 6th floor at the Parc is going to auction tomorrow with a minimum bid of $145,429! It was purchased in September of 2007 for $413,683. My guess is that the price will get bid up a bit during the auction process. Either way, its a pretty attractive price. I’ve included some pictures and general information on The Parc below.
