The Downtown Seattle condo sales numbers are in for October – (we provide free printouts here).
Downtown Seattle had just 47 sales this month compared to 99 sales in September. That is 52% decline in sales. The average price per unit was down as well to $660, 770 vs $855,540 last month. With that said, June, July, August & September had a significant amount of sales from Insignia Towers (new construction project in the Denny Triangle). They had 62 sales last month compared to just 10 this month.
When you compare October 2015 vs October 2014 – the total number of sales were down this year by less than 1%. However the price per unit is up 37% from October 2014.
