The building is 5th and Madison and the unit we were asked to sell is on the 19th floor. The views are incredible. I want to share a little more about what we do to sell a condo like this. THE SET UP
A past client of ours reached out to us about selling their 1,244 sq ft unit. We were fortunate to have sold another unit for them in the past as well. This would be a fun challenge as 3-4 units of the same floor-plan in the building had just sold in the last 4 months. We knew we would have to get creative and put our best foot forward in order to get a market or above market price for our sellers.

One thing we love to do is go against the grain. Every real estate agent in America follows each-other. Whether its photos, flyers, open houses, etc… We love to mix it up. We like creating our own videos, marketing through our social platforms and trying new and innovative strategies to create a better experience for our sellers. Marketing is about driving visibility so we can successfully find the perfect buyer for the unit we want to sell.
