There is a great unit at Mosler Lofts, headed to auction tomorrow(4/1/11) . Although Mosler isn’t a building for everybody, this studio is scheduled to sell at close to $200,000 less then its last price in 2007! If you do the math in your head, that is a pretty good deal.
