PB Elemental Designs Another Gem (Pictures)

My love affair with Pb Elemental continues. Check out this incredible design that was recently completed in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle. According to design-milk.com, it was the makings of a Seattle couple that just couldn’t find what they were looking for. Instead of continuing their search, they bought a tear-down, contracted PB and Modern Shelter and ended up with a gem.

Whats not to love? It has a thoughtful floor-plan and incredible design elements. It comes with 3 bedrooms on 2 levels and a stunning interior. See the pictures below.

This Greenlake Home Should Sell Before The Weekend

This house in Greenlake should sell by the weekend. I’m serious. Every once in a while I’ll see a place like this that I know will have a substainal amount of activity. It is a block from the lake, has a garage, an updated kitchen, clean bathrooms, hardwood floors, a nice usable basement, a huge manicured back yard, a cabana/studio (rare) and a killer deck. This place is flat out put-together. It is staged well, pictured well and priced well enough that multiple buyers will be interested. I love when an owner does what they need to0 when putting their place up for sale. Kudos to both the homeowner and their agent.

Townhomes Can Be A Good Fit

I’m going to make an effort to highlight more townhomes on UCS. They meet the needs of many Seattle home buyers. In my experience, they always seem to be a perfect fit for someone that feels that a condo is too small and a home may be too big or simply unaffordable. Townhomes also are a good alternative for:

Baby Boomers/downsizers
Buyers wanting a yard
More creative space
Vertical living
Rooftop decks
Green built
In-city living

Townhomes often lead the market in design trends as well. Right now there is a big push for using sustainable materials, green energy, stone, bamboo, wide plank hard woods, steel and cable, floating staircases and modern exterior design.
