Have any of you seen the new testimonial campaign by 1521 Condominiums. I must admit; I really like it. I think it shows sincerity and transparency. The effort goes a long way. At a time where many developers will not spend a dime on marketing and advertising, I believe that this campaign shows creativity and purpose. If I were a potential buyer, I would consider reading each one. If anything it gives you more perspective on the reasons to live downtown.
