Tax Credit Extension Update

The Senate just passed the extension of the federal tax credit by a vote of 98-0.  It is expected to move through the House quickly for final approval on Friday.  This is great news for housing.  Remember that this is not just for 1st time homebuyers.  It will now include everyone else as well (subject to specific requirements).
