This house in Greenlake should sell by the weekend. I’m serious. Every once in a while I’ll see a place like this that I know will have a substainal amount of activity. It is a block from the lake, has a garage, an updated kitchen, clean bathrooms, hardwood floors, a nice usable basement, a huge manicured back yard, a cabana/studio (rare) and a killer deck. This place is flat out put-together. It is staged well, pictured well and priced well enough that multiple buyers will be interested. I love when an owner does what they need to0 when putting their place up for sale. Kudos to both the homeowner and their agent.
