Touring A Seattle Penthouse With HUGE Views
Seattle Penthouse fans, check this place out. I’m taking you guys on a tour of one of Seattle’s penthouse units currently on the market. The 2,842sf space has 2 beds, 2.5 bathrooms and sits on the 24th floor of Seattle’s Cristalla project in the West Edge neighborhood of Downtown – just 2 blocks from Pike Place Market.
For those of you unfamiliar with Cristalla. It was built in 2005 and is famously known for buying west facing view rights. This has helped the building keep a stellar reputation in the market and despite the 24 story building being 13 years old, it remains a Seattle favorite for condo lovers.
Penthouse 2 was previously owned by a principal at the company who developed the project. There are a lot of special details in this Seattle penthouse that you won’t see elsewhere. For example, the units has a MASSIVE private rooftop deck with hot-tub and unobstructed views. As you will see in the video, it has as more exterior square footage than other condo building has for their entire outdoor community space. The views span from North to South and include vistas of Elliott Bay, the Olympics, the Downtown Seattle Skyline and west facing sunsets.
The PH2 suite comes with a 5 car parking allotment and its own private office space on the 5th floor. If that isn’t enough\, check out the near 3,000sf footprint of luxury interiors. The owners have an extensive collection of art and the open floor plan allows for a variety of furnishings. on a price per square foot analysis, it seems to be priced well (in my opinion).
How is the luxury penthouse market in Seattle? Well, there are currently, 64 condos priced over $1M in the Downtown Seattle core. There are 30 priced over $2M. Have questions about the market? Don’t be afraid to ask – reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Big thanks to Tere and Brian for the tour!
