USA Today | Seattle Is A Sound Investment For Second Homes

Kim Sharpe Jones from Matrix posted this great article on their Facebook page today.  As seen in USA Today, Seattle was just featured as a “sound investment” for a second home purchase.

I think the article does a phenomenal job summerizing the growth of Southlake Union and the upside to purchasing in such a dynamic city.  It highlights three major neighborhoods and does a great job explaining why Seattle has become such a great place for a second home purchase.
