Project: Washington Park Tower
Neighborhood: Madison Park
Washington Park Tower, built in 1969 is the tallest building on the shores of Lake Washington. You can find the high-rise condo tower on the coveted 43rd Ave in the forever popular Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. It stands 23 floors high with 57 units. Washington Park Tower has incredible views helped by the late 1960’s Seattle building code. Washington Park Tower is likely to be the last one of its kind. It sits on the shores of Lake Washington with views of Mt. Rainer, Downtown Bellevue, Husky Stadium, Downtown Seattle and much more. It is just blocks from Madison Park’s restaurants, coffee shops and the quaint little market that has been in the area for years. Over time many of the units have been upgraded and remodeled. Washington Park Tower also offers concierge service, an outdoor pool and dockside waterfront access.
