Your Health, New Safety Measures For Selling Your Seattle Condos/Homes
Your health is MOST important. I’m going to share new ways to connect with me and UrbanCondoSpaces as we forge a new path living through the Coronavirus crisis and thereafter.
I’ve always done my best to create an environment that is safe and is mindful of the clients we work with. With that said, you don’t always know what we can do and what we offer in order to make you feel safe. I’m going to spell out just a few ways that we are addressing that. Keep in mind, over the last 3-4 weeks we have also been preparing for how to hand more face to face interaction as well. You can see those measures below.

PREVIEW HOMES AND CONDOS ONLINE
We can preview homes/condos you are interested in. This includes video walk-throughs and online photo tours. Here is an example of 360 photo tour that I have been rolling out over the last 60 days. Just grab the image with your mouse and drag.
ONLINE AND OVER-THE-PHONE BUYER CONSULTATIONS
We will cover the main aspects of the buying process and learn about your real estate needs through an online or over-the-phone consultation

ONLINE AND OVER-THE-PHONE PRE-LISTING CONSULTATIONS
We will provide you with market insight and tips/tricks for getting your home ready for sale. Zoom or over-the-phone pre-listing consultation. I’ll be able to help you go over the important steps in getting your home or condo ready for sale.
When we start seeing each-other more often, much like we did before the crisis hit, I’ll be prepared with new safety measures to keep you and I safe.
We have been preparing by building a base of the following items:
Disinfecting wipes and more
I’ve only bought as much as we need. Wanted to make sure we could keep you guys safe but be mindful of those healthcare heroes that really need these items.
