As you’ll see in the video, the Seattle condo market is off to a fast start. While I was preparing my list of 4 lofts you should consider in early 2020, one of the units had already gone under contract. It seems like a sign of whats to come in the Seattle condo market in 2020.

I’ve put together a list of 4 lofts that you guys find interesting. I’ve gone into detail on each of them on my Youtube channel. Let’s start with number one on the list at Merrill Place in Pioneer Square.

Merrill Place
97 S Jackson #505
2 Beds, 1.75 Baths
1,472sf – Offered at $1,750,000
Neighborhood – Pioneer Square

Merrill Place is an iconic Pioneer Square building. The unit is a multi-level space with 1,472sf. It has an abundance of natural light and has sweeping skyline, water, mountain views. Historic timber beam ceilings and brick. The unit also has a wet bar, sunroom and private deck for entertaining! Gas, central A/C, fireplace.

Eastlake Condos and Lofts
125 E Lynn St #303
1 Beds, 1.75 Baths
1,202sf – Offered at $1,200,000
Neighborhood – Eastlake

Number 2 on our list is 125 E Lynn St #303. Eastlake Condos and Lofts was built in 2007. It is a forever popular project with just 18 units in total. Unit #303 is a 1,202sf penthouse with a killer view of Downtown Seattle. It has a private deck, 20 foot ceilings and a chef’s kitchen. This loft is must see.

Union Art Cooperative
1100 E Union ST #1b
2 Beds, 1.5 Baths
1,780sf – Offered at $995,000
Neighborhood – Capitol Hill

Number 3 on our list is a very cool Co-op in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. Multi-level Seattle live-work loft with incredible interiors. Exposed old growth beams, concrete walls and industrial detail. 2 parking stall and a garden rooftop. A dreamy loft in the heart of Capitol Hill.

Firehouse 25
1406 Harvard Ave #1
1 Beds, 1.5 Baths
878sf – Offered at $665,000
Neighborhood – Capitol Hill

Last but not least on our 4 Seattle Lofts To Consider In 2020 is at Firehouse 25. This unit is actually under contract (pending). Before I could even post the graphic this very chic space found a buyer. It was not surprise to me. At $665,000, there is just nothing like living in a converted firehouse with turn of the century detail. Exposed brick, 18 foot ceilings and a private patio were just some of the features that make this unit special.

I hope you guys enjoyed seeing a curated list of Seattle Lofts. If you want any additional information or want to be on a list of UCS buyers that receive these recommendations on a daily basis, get in touch [email protected]
