For those of you not familiar with Cristalla it remains the single-most popular project in all of downtown (at least from my experience). So how do they compare? The average market time for 1 bedrooms at Cristalla was 14 days – at Enso, just 7 days on market.
Sales Price Vs. List Price
At Cristalla the average sale price was 99.25% of its listing price. While at Enso the average sale price was 101.53% of its listing price. 4 out of the 6 sales at Enso went above asking price.
